4. Payment Terms
– 50% advance upon confirmation.
– 40% upon project midpoint (or as mutually agreed).
– 10% on completion.
Payment must be made via cash, bank transfer, or UPI as discussed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the site and make arrangements to protect valuables or furniture.
Additional costs may apply for delays caused by inaccessibility or unprepared spaces.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation after work has started: Refund will be based on work completed and material usage.
– No refund once 70% or more of the work is completed.
– If CJ Painting Contractors cancels for any reason, a full refund of the advance will be issued.

8. Warranty
We provide a 1-year service warranty on workmanship for interior and exterior painting. Issues due
to client negligence, natural disasters, or third-party damage are not covered.
9. Liability
CJ Painting Contractors is not liable for any pre-existing issues, structural faults, or damage
unrelated to the painting work.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion. If
unresolved, the matter will be handled under Chennai jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance
By proceeding with our services, the client agrees to the above terms.
